Diplomatic dinner payed off

When Ulrich Høgenhaven and Pia Jakobsen from Viking Wind attended a diplomatic dinner with African ambassadors and other selected Danish companies back in November 2016, little did they know that sharing a dinner table with the South African ambassador Zindziswa N. Mandela would cause an invitation to brunch on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2017.
Pia Jakobsen, project and sales will attend the brunch hosted by the South African ambassador. The event will take place on March 8. 2017, at Odd Fellow Palæet in Copenhagen.
It may not result in a wind turbine sold to South Africa right now, but it suits another important purpose – to network with stakeholders from potential new market areas worldwide.
