Viking Wind attends GreenExpo 2025 in Ukraine

On April 9-10, 2025, an exhibition dedicated to the distributed generation of alternative energy, GreenExpo, will be held in Kyiv.
The exhibition program features a demonstration of equipment, developments, and technologies designed to ensure energy stability and independence in a war-torn country.
GreenExpo 2025 will focus on different areas of alternative energy, including solar energy, wind energy, biofuels, intelligent systems and microgrids. The exhibition attracts a wide range of participants, including businesses, local authorities, state and municipal companies, financial institutions and investors.
The main topics at the show will be:
- Wind energy: Innovations and equipment for wind power.
- Solar energy: Solar energy technologies and solutions.
- Biofuel: Development and use of biofuels.
- Smart systems and microgrids: Integration of intelligent systems and microgrids for decentralised energy production.
- Energy saving and sustainability: Technologies for energy saving and sustainable development
At the GreenExpo 2025 Ukraine fair in Kyiv, in addition to company stands, there will also be a number of speakers and panellists discussing various topics in decentralised energy production and alternative energy.
There will also be the opportunity to participate in several workshops covering topics in alternative energy and sustainability. These include workshops on solar and wind energy, their installation, biofuel production, energy-saving strategies, and the integration of smart systems and microgrids in energy production.
CEO Ulrich Høgenhaven and Head of Sales & Projects Pia Jakobsen from Viking Wind will be at the exhibition in Ukraine on April 9 and 10, 2025, and look forward to a couple of exciting days where they will demonstrate the Viking VS turbine to the attending audience.
