Viking Wind offers professional service of wind turbines in the entire capacity range from 5 kW to 1.5 MW. Our service work is based on many years of experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of household wind turbines, and from October 2025, our competence has been expanded to include medium-sized wind turbines through a new collaboration with TSM Vind.

This means that today we can handle both preventive service, troubleshooting and repair on turbines that are part of private energy solutions, agriculture or commercial installations. The collaboration is carried out with Anders Tygesen and Bo Bak Toft, who have solid and documented experience from the wind turbine industry. Anders has been a well-known partner at Viking Wind for many years, and his technical insight is an important part of the expanded service capacity.

Our goal is simple. To keep your wind turbine running smoothly, reduce the risk of downtime and extend the life of the turbine through correct and documented maintenance. Service is performed according to fixed procedures and with a focus on safety, reliability and economy throughout the lifetime of the turbine.

What does wind turbine service cover?

Wind turbine service is about more than an annual inspection. It's a systematic review of the turbine's vital components to assess wear, load and safety before problems develop into downtime. With a Viking Wind service agreement, you get a structured maintenance plan that follows legal requirements while taking into account the turbine's operation, location and load.

Easy and secure service with ISO 9001 certification

All service work at Viking Wind is performed according to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. The certification has been extended to include service of medium-sized wind turbines and includes Bek. 648:2023, appendix 8, item 1.

This is your assurance that the work is carried out according to uniform processes, with correct documentation and with focus on both operational safety and legal requirements. Whether the turbine is a 10 kW household turbine or an installation of several hundred kW, we follow the same principles for control, safety and quality.

Viking Wind offers service of wind turbines with a setup that can be adapted to the size, location and operational profile of the turbine. With our expanded approval and collaboration with TSM Vind, we can now service everything from household wind turbines of 5 to 25 kW to medium-sized turbines up to 1.5 MW. This means you get one single service partner, whether the turbine is in a private setting, on a farm or as part of a larger energy solution.

All service work is performed according to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, which now also includes service of medium-sized wind turbines, extended with Bek. 648:2023, appendix 8, item 1. This ensures uniform processes, documentation and high operational reliability to ensure stable production and a long service life.
